What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed are mostly available to be shipped either immediately or within the next 1-4 days. We are always excited for you to get your pamper box from Naturecleanproducts and always strive to get your pamper box with all its goodies in the shortest time possible. In rare cases, some items take longer than 4days to ship due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate the delay to you and work diligently to get your pamper box to you within the shortest possible time. Thank you for your understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
-If you happen to change address after packages are mailed out to you, please work with your local post office or courier service through which your package was mailed out to retrieve your items.
Please note: Naturecleanproducts makes every effort to mail out packages through priority services. Situations and postage conditions may vary that depend on the courier services being used. Please make plans to receive packages at least 2-3 weeks ahead of planned events such as travel plans, anniversaries etc. As always, you can reach out to us at email@example.com.
Our products are handmade and personal care products. We do not accept returns. If for some reason beyond our control, a problem arise that we are not able to resolve, we will work with you to give you a store credit towards your next purchase. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depending on the circumstance, the store credit may equal the purchase price of the item or a percentage of the original price of the item.
